1. Shipping Regions
- We currently ship domestically within the United States.
- We do not ship outside of the USA, including Canada and Mexico.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
- Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
- At this time, we only offer standard shipping. Expedited or overnight shipping options are not available.
3. Order Processing Times
- Orders require a minimum of 5 days to process before shipping.
- Orders do not ship on holidays.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on the recipient’s location.
- All Auctioned orders are shipped from New Jersey (NJ). Supplier items may be shipped from other states.
5. Shipping Costs
- We offer free shipping on orders over $80.
- All other orders will have a flat-rate shipping fee based on weight and destination.
- Free shipping promotions will be introduced once the site sees increased activity.
6. Tracking & Order Status
- Tracking numbers will be provided to customers once their payment is processed and their order is shipped.
- Customers can track their orders via the tracking link provided in their invoice.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
- If a package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, customers must contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
- Insurance may be available for some items depending on the value. However, certain auction items may not be eligible for insurance unless the customer pays extra for coverage.
8. Returns & Exchanges Related to Shipping
- Auction items cannot be returned due to shipping-related issues.
- If a package is undeliverable and returned to us, we will provide a refund to the customer.
9. Auction-Specific Shipping Considerations
- Auctioned items may have visible wear or damage to their packaging. These items cannot be returned once shipped.
- If a customer has specific concerns about an auction item’s condition, they must express these concerns before shipping to ensure proper handling.
