  • The following items are non-refundable: auction items, custom 3D prints, t-shirts, and digital goods.
  • In some cases, exchanges may be offered instead of refunds.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund, customers must meet the following requirements:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Items must be unused and shipped back in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase, including a phone number and order details, is required for all refund requests.

3. Refund Process
To initiate a refund, customers should follow these steps:

  1. Submit a request via email support or an online form. If the item is valued over $80, additional verification may be required.
  2. Return the item in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
  4. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after the returned item is received.
  5. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, store credit, or PayPal. We do not accept checks.

4. Auction-Specific Refunds

  • All auction sales are final and do not qualify for refunds.
  • If an item is misrepresented or defective, customers may request a refund, exchange, or dispute resolution.
  • Items damaged during shipping are not eligible for refunds but may be covered under a claim with the shipping carrier.

5. Other Considerations

  • A restocking fee applies to returns of new items.
