Jersey-Auctions.com strives to build up a community that facilitates people in New Jersey to share their recourse. That being said, we at Jersey-Auctions encourage our users to finish your deal by meeting the buyer/seller in person. That way, you do not have to worry about any potential risks associated with using a third party payment service such as Pay-Pal, and you can also make friends in the meantime.

However, you should always keep in mind that it is your responsibility to your family and people who care about you that you keep yourself safe.

When you decide to finish a deal in person, we STRONGLY ENCOURAGE you that:
1.) Meet the buyer/seller in a public place, such as a mall or a coffee shop.
2.) Meet the buyer/seller during the day. Place with sunlight is always safer than a dark one.
3.) Always bring your cell phone when you meet the buyer/seller and make sure someone knows you are going to meet him/her.
4.) Call 911 when you find that you are involved in an emergency situation.
